Proof of ownership
For automotive key work and certain other services, we require valid identification and proof that you own or are authorized to access the vehicle or property. We may decline service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably established.
Arrival times and availability
We do not guarantee a specific arrival time. Response depends on distance, traffic, weather, and current demand. Any estimate we provide is a good-faith approximation, not a promise.
Service outcomes
We use professional methods and aim for non-destructive solutions wherever practical. Some situations may require alternative methods, which we will explain before proceeding. Not every vehicle, lock, or device is supported; we will tell you honestly if we cannot help.
